I wrote to the BBC about their bias coverage of the Championship and in their eyes, there in only one team worth covering, Saracens. I suggested that they could do a weekly roundup which would involve all of the teams, not just one and their opponents. This is the reply I got.

Bias reporting

When you are reporting on the results of the Saracens game, why don't you give the other teams in the Championships any "air time" ? There are many other teams in this league who are playing very good and competitive rugby and would love a mention every now and then not just when Saracens beat them. You could do a Championship round up on a Sunday or Monday to make things even. I know that we are only the 2nd tier of English Rugby but you do give the 2nd tier of English football plenty of space.

Pity they don't say that about the clubs in the lower leagues of football, many of them get less fans than the Knights and other teams in the Championship, it is patently clear that anything below premiership level in rugby is not worth while so no TV coverage and that goes for most of the tv channels.
