I don’t want to sound patronising but just checking that you're up on all the help you can get during that pandemic? I’ll risk it because if you have forgotten one of the self-help actions, then it’s worthwhile. More measures will probably be announced, so keep watching the TV!
To summarise you can claim 80% of staff wages plus you might get a break/discount on rent/mortgage/insurance/utilities. It can't hurt to ask. There are also loans available, at 0% for 12 months.
Hopefully you have done things like:
• Reduced all outgoings
• Received free/reduced rent for ? long
• Electric down to a minimum through a smart meter for example
• Reduced all your other outgoings for example for holiday periods etc.
• All your staff are on furlough and you are eligible for a cash grant.
• Can you offer deliveries? You could take payment over the phone, leave the delivery on their doorstep, ring the doorbell and move away a little.
• Could you offer discounts to NHS employees?
• A 12-month business rates holiday for all retail, hospitality, leisure and nursery businesses in England is available
• Considered a small business grant funding of £10,000 for all business in receipt of small business rate relief or rural rate relief
• Thought about grant funding of £25,000 for retail, hospitality and leisure businesses with property with a rateable value between £15,000 and £51,000
• Offer customers alternatives, information, advice, suggestions etc to differentiate your business and add value they can’t receive from just buying online

Not an exhaustive list but it’s a start! Please let me know of any tips or things that you’ve done that I can share with others. These are not my recommendations, I don't profess to be an expert; they are examples of what others are doing. Remember you are not in this situation on your own, all your competitors are in the same situation. Not just local competitors but also National and global. The UK seems to be offering one of the best assistance packages for businesses but I’m not a politician. Businesses that can adapt to the current economic climate most effectively are the ones that will fare the best during the pandemic and will have the best start once it ends. Your business must be flexible for the adaptation to be a sustainable competitive advantage to facilitate further adaptions.
